ABOUT
MONIKA NUN
My relationship with art began early, then unfolded through different chapters of life before returning to painting with greater depth and awareness. Years shaped by visual communication, work, and raising a family continue to influence how I see images—as vessels of experience, memory, and human presence.
My paintings explore the layered nature of reality. Cities, people, organic forms, and fragments of lived moments intertwine, revealing stories that shift with each encounter. Rather than offering fixed meanings, I invite viewers to look beyond the surface and discover how much more exists than what is seen at first glance.
